The objects in this image  the objects are arranged in a horizontally and in a proportional pattern. what i noticed about the elements and principals of design in this picture was the pattern and proportion to the background they have. To improve the picture you could add more contrast and vibrancy to show more texture and color to captivate the viewers eye. You could also crop and straighten the picture to show more simplicity.

For this rule of composition I liked the rule Aspect Ratio because it improves camera shots by cropping or making the image horizontal.

For this rule of composition I liked the rule of Balance because it makes the World war two memorial statue seem more important than the background. It emphasizes whats really important which is the statue.

For this rule of composition I picked depth of field  because it can isolate the background in order for the subject your taking a picture of to stand out by revealing its surroundings with a larger depth field.

For this rule of composition I liked the rule of simplicity because it makes the object that is closer to be more ideal than the distractions in the back.

First Portrait Assignment

 My subject showed almost no interest in the camera and was comfortable as he took poses smiling, laughing, or looking away. It seemed like his mind was focused  elsewhere and  the camera only affected him in the beginning but later  he completely forgot about it. The Camera instead captivated his emotions instead of showing his interest toward the camera.

This is my favorite photo. This meets the element of design which is pattern. It is  a pattern because it consists of the same size and shapes of rectangles that lie on top of each other and is constantly repeating itself.
